1. Project Cancellation

    • Example: If 40% of the project is completed, 60% of the unused funds may be refunded.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits:

    • Custom projects (e.g., web development) require a deposit to begin work. This deposit is non-refundable once the project is underway.


2. Subscription or Ongoing Services (e.g., SEO, Maintenance)

  • Monthly/Recurring Plans:

    • No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

    • Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Contract-Based Services:

    • If you’re under a fixed-term contract (e.g., 6-month SEO plan), early termination may incur a fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract value.


3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide written notice of cancellation via email.

  • Settle any outstanding payments for work completed prior to cancellation.

  • Return or delete proprietary materials (e.g., code, strategy documents) shared by UltraSolz, if applicable.


4. Cancellation by UltraSolz

We reserve the right to cancel a project or service under exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Non-payment: Failure to settle invoices within 7 days of the due date.

  • Breach of Contract: Violation of agreed terms (e.g., misuse of deliverables, abusive conduct).

  • Force Majeure: Unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, legal restrictions) preventing service delivery.

  • In such cases, we’ll notify you via email and issue a prorated refund for any unfulfilled services.


5. Effects of Cancellation

  • All project work will halt immediately upon cancellation.

  • UltraSolz retains ownership of incomplete deliverables until full payment is received.

  • Access to shared tools (e.g., Trello boards, Google Drive folders) may be revoked.
